Description
LES MUTANTS "Baston / Peter clash"
Here's a really rare, obscure and very interesting record that will appeal to both hardcore punk rockers and metal fans.
Very little is know about LES MUTANTS apart from the fact that they were a band from 25 miles north of Paris and privately released this 7" back in 1984.
Looking at the very"cliché" sleeve you might expect the record to sound like some underaverage FM rock, with those lads posing like this in their outfit
When you actually listen to this for the first time, you're stunned !!!
BOTH tracks are truly amazing, with heavy loud agressive guitars all the way through, tough production, cool solos and wild singing, really incredible !!
It's difficult to say wether this is more into punk or hard rock as the songs have a bit a both, in a pretty extreme way ! The riffs and solos are probably more hard rock but some other parts are definitely punk , same goes for the voice.
The only thing which I can suggest at this point is to listen to the soundclip from the below ink and you'll see what I mean

That truly is a great record, uncomped so far, unidentified by most, and absolutely super rare, this just NEVER turns up anywhere and I'm so glad to be able to offer this today
Condition is a good VG+/EX- , due to to the small black (WOC) stripes over the eyes of group members (please see scan)
