CONDITION
SLEEVE - FRONT: light wear along opening, otherwise Superb..laminate nice and tight: EX
SLEEVE - REAR: sellotape marks along flipbacks, a pen number and a small sticker tear, otherwise fine..all writing lovely and clear: VG+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: a couple of ultrafine 'paper' hairline...otherwise looks unplayed: EX
VINYL - SIDE TWO: Beautiful...looks unplayed: EX+
LABELS: Superb: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
