Lobby Loyde Coloured Balls – Ball Power LP
Thank you for looking at my item.
Here on offer is one of Australia’s most sought after rock albums. Lobby Loyde, one of Australia’s best guitarists formed the band Coloured Balls and released this – their first album entitled Ball Power in 1973 on EMI EMC2507. As a result of this album, Lobby reached legendary status.
To describe this amazing album is a difficult task. Loyde is a great exponent of hard rock but this album verges on progressive and acid psych. This gives it a unique musical experience – definitely not just a hard rock album – although when it does rock, it’s devastating – reaching several wild climaxes. He even dabbles in some great blues. A complete album!

CONDITION
Vinyl – Loud and clear with minimal noise. The only blemish is a tiny jump on Whole lotta shakin which you can hardly notice. With the exception of the jump this album would be rated close to excellent.
Cover – Gatefold cover has some fading and ring wear – VG++.
