Description
So first thing: that is not an actual photo of the actual copy of the 45 attached, but a stock photo I pulled from "thee internet". I hate my camera.
One thing that is unioque about this copy is that any sales history or any copies I've seen looking around on-line, people seem to have it in some generic white sleeve that they had laying around, this is an original sleeve that it came in. Light brown colored sleeve with a stamp on the top that reads "HIP - RECORDS BOX 2337 VAN NUYS, CALIF."
It's "Lord" Richard Buckley reciting "The Gettysburg Address" on one side, and then doing his "hip" (beat era) translation on the other side (in his over-the-top eccentric style).
released by Hip Records in 1956, catalog# HI-301 (listed on one side as HI-301, and on the other as H-301).
RED VINYL.
vinyl = has some fairly light marks throughout (though not an intense amount, and mostly very light marks from the paper sleeve or what have you), a couple marks that can be seen that are less light, and on scratch that isn't that long, and can be felt with a fingertip and lends to a popping sound if you listen for it.
label = a couple light points of wear, and a rough point near the edge of the label on one side where a price-tag was applied and (somewhat carelessly perhaps) removed.
sleeve = general wear at corners and some stain/discoloaration at bottom edge.
I have other records up for auction, and will be putting some more up soon. Also have some rare 45's that a friend put up as buy-it-nows. I can combine shipping on AUCTION stuff to where you pay shipping for first item (highest shipping price item) and each additional item is shipping free/included. Anywhere.
