LP is VG+, with light scuffs and light scratches on either side - plays with some surface noise with no skips (the most noticeable pops occur on side 1 song 1). A professional clean may reduce some of the surface noise. Matrix info is as follows: a stamped RVG followed by an ear followed by an etched BN-LP-1594-A / a stamped RVG followed by an ear followed by an etched BN-LP-1594-B. Interiors labels are clean with a deep groove on either side, with the 47 West 63rd NYC address on each side. LP retains a nice gloss. Listen to the tracks from this actual LP, for reference:

Jacket is VG+, with no seam splits. All corners show light wear. There is light ring wear on the front of the jacket (see pictures). Front of the jacket retains a nice gloss. Back of the jacket shows some small spots of discoloration toward the top, along with a discolored spot that looks like a piece of tape had been removed in the top right corner (no damage, just discoloration - see photos). The 47 West 63rd New York 23 address appears at the bottom of the back of the jacket. Does not include original inner paper sleeve - LP is house in a plain white inner sleeve. This is a nice, clean copy of this rare original mono press. Don't miss this rare gem!
