This is a test pressing copy of the mega rare private pressing LP by LUNA SEA from Nebraska who released this one album on their own label in 1976. As if the private pressing LP itself wasn't rare enough, here you have a TEST PRESSING of it! Talk about an obscurity- I would bet this may be one of the only (if not the only) one of these test pressing LPs for this release in circulation. The LP comes in a plain white cover with the band name written on it, and the LP is a white label with the catalog # written on one side (LSR-976), and the b-side is blank. The side with the totally blank label looks like they just "flipped" a label from another release to use the blank side so there's some bleed through of those titles. The vinyl looks perfect and sounds great too, I am giving it a spin as I type this- it is a great LP!
There have only been a few regular copies of this to ever hit the market, and last copy of the regular pressing of this Luna Sea LP that sold on eBay went for $521 in May of 2012. This LP that is part 70's rock and part soaring prog rock has quite the cult following- you can read one fan's rave review on this LUNA SEA PAGE (click here for link), which also has photos of the LP artwork. Don't let this one slip by, it's probably a once in a lifetime chance for psych/prog collectors to get a test pressing of this mega rare private pressing LP! Items won will be shipped to the shipping address on your Ebay account by USPS. I use real LP/45/padded mailers, and when sending vinyl I always remove LP/45 from sleeve to avoid damage in shipping. I make every effort to be an efficient shipper, and will get your stuff out to you within a few days of payment being received. I also buy a lot on ebay, and know how annoying it is to wait- so I will be as fast as I can! I have been buying/selling on ebay for over 12 years, so please bid with confidence!
