VERY RARE DECCA 1st UK Grooved Label TP **VPO & KRIPS
MOZART - DON GIOVANNI Highlights (No SXL exists of this highlights recording so this was the first release, there was a Stereo release later as SDD382. The whole set was issued as LXT 5103-6 & SXL 2117-20)Holy Toledo. Another massive rarity. This test pressing is STILL SEALED.
Very rare test pressing. Excellent and highly sought after recordings featuring LISA DELLA CASA, CESARE SIEPI, WALTER BERRY, HILDE GUEDEN, FERNANDO CORENA, ANTON DERMOTA, SUZANNE DANCO & KURT BOHME with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra & the Vienna State Opera Chorus conducted by JOSEF KRIPS. Decca label 1st UK grooved label single-sided test pressing. This has the catalogue of 5435 on the label and sleeve but is actually LXT 5443. Stamper is marked on the label and sleeve as ARL 3943-1A.

Plain sleeve. The vinyl is in unplayed condition. The seal at the top of the test pressing is completely intact but obviously it is not sealed from the air. I assume the record to be mint, though I suspect the new owner may decide not to unseal this archive/library copy.
