Rare 1958 1st UK issue of this sought - after album by LaVern Baker........LaVern Baker Sings Bessie Smith........on London LTZ-K 15139 labels with fully laminated Made in England Flipback Cover and Handling Instructions Polylined Inner Sleeve.........

The vinyl has light hairlines and one small slightly more obvious mark on side two track one which gives some very light ticking  ...... a bit of background noise on run ins and between tracks ......plays nicely all the way through with no skips , sticks or jumps  .......... terrific powerful sound from this 1958 original 1st UK  issue.....VG+ 

The fully laminated Made in England Flipback Cover is in G condition at best.......wear at opening , a tear across the spine with a small piece missing , piece of bottom flipback missing etc........see pics....

London LTZ-K 15139 labels in superb condition ......see pics......AML 1060-2B and AML 1060-1B Matrices , 1/1 Mothers and C/I Stampers ......... rare 1958 original 1st UK issue.....

Handling Instructions Polylined Inner Sleeve with no seam splits....see pics .
