Description
This is the original Van Gelder-stamped mono P-pressing of Larry Young “Into Somethin’” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4187. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a nice luster; a few inaudible dimples on Track 1, Side 2; perhaps played once. The New York 23 cover is bright and clean throughout; 3/4” wear on the top seam, at the opening; the spine shows 1” wear at the top, rubbing, and a 2” split/wear at the bottom, ¼” wear on the bottom seam, at the opening; “2917” written in ink at the top left corner of the back slick. Illustrated inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Sam Rivers, Grant Green, and Elvin Jones. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.
