Description
Led Zeppelin 1st Press Turquoise Ultra Rare Vinyl LP. Uncorrected matrix. Superhype and Jewel Music credits. Version 1. Earliest possible. The holy grail.
This was bought the day after the Led Zeppelin gig at The Clifton Ballroom in Kimbells club in Osbourne Rd Southsea in April 1969 a few days after the first UK release. Some extra photos have been added for interest but do not form part of the sale. The record has been professionally cleaned on a Keith Monks machine. The vinyl had some light marks and a few scratches. It plays right through but there is a tiny skip on side 1 track 4 Dazed and Confused. There is noticeable crackle between tracks but is not too intrusive elsewhere. To hear the sound quality just supply you email address and I will send you an MP3. The cover is generally VG but there are a few creases where a little dust had got underneath. There is also a 15cm split in the bottom edge. Please see photos.
