Description

This is the rare, original, 1969 UK Turquoise lettering first press with uncorrected matrix numbers 588171 A// and 588171 B// in the dead wax.  As well as 'Super-hype'/ 'Jewel Music' on the label credits.  This album was obviously loved and listened to by it's owner.  
-The cover has a 4" seam split on the bottom, a 1-1/2" seam split on the top, fraying of the cardboard on the front side opening edge. The glue seam is also partially lose on the bottom.  There is pronounced discoloration in the same area as the bottom seam split.   the title and label/catalog name are still intact and visible on the spine with only a small 3/4" seam split starting in the very center. light wear and creases at the corners, light ring wear.  
-The vinyl- the pictures show it has general wear across the entire surface and alot of scuffs, light scratches and marks which I have tried to show the worst of by angling it in the light.  BUT the vinyl plays through completely, without any skipping, on my Technics turntable.   Please check out the entire playthrough i have recorded to hear how it plays. The early part of A-side has a section, which I have zoomed in on the wave-form (see pics below), that plays with a fair amount of crackle. The rest of the A-side is not too bad at all.  The B side plays much better, with only a few significant pops showing on the waveform.  Again, I have recorded an entire playthrough which you can download and listen to, as well as look at the wave forms below.
