Description

An original 1st press on UK Atlantic. You will note this is very 1st press and would have come from the initial pre-order batch for 1st release. PETER grant still exhibiting on the labels. Nice chunky vinyl and comes housed in an original spinning wheel cover. (working). This is the deluxe heavy card version. We also have an original inner too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Vg+) In great condition and clearly has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a few light marks per side - nothing troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an at least VERYGOOD+ level of playback. Just a touch of background in a couple of the quietest moments. Nothing unpalatable. When its on song a total cracker. Love ZepIII...they really hit their stride on the 3rd outting. Great player. Not much to turn your nose up at.
Cover (Vg) The front and rear are clean and flat but some signs of ageing more noticeable at extremities. The only thing I can spot is some light edge wear but nothing much.I'll remove the tape repair and get it cleaned up a bit more. Nice firm openings. The spine is 80% intact. Overall the over retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg) Light ageing. A couple of splits internally tape repaired.
