Description

Zeppelin III 2nd issue on American Atlantic label from 1977. Don't underestimate the US copies of Zeppelin...they are some of the best going. The LP comes housed in its original Atlantic inner sleeve and original gatefold cover including spinning wheel.100% complete & 100% original.
Vinyl (Ex) Shiny like new and has only seen very moderate use. A close inspection reveals nothing more than a couple of ultra light marks. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are quiet and the audio comes across with really excellent clarity. Now, there are a couple of tracks where there's a couple of feint crackles audible in the intro but other than we are talking a very high standard of playback. And as alluded to above they did a really good job of mastering on these earlier US copies. Perfect tonal balance, bags of details, and a lovely wide frequency range....
Cover (Vg+) Has been looked after carefully down the years. The only real indicator of its age is the spine which is well worn. Butt other than that we have an original cover which has escaped the usual ravages of time. NO hidden splits or writing. No stains or warping. The spinning wheel is entirely intact and operational.
Inner (Vg+) Remains in great condition with three small side splits no more than a couple of inches. There are no markings visible.
