Description
*****Please note that pics/details etc only added on the afternoon of Tuesday 22nd Sep ***
This listing is for an original U.K. plum 1st pressing of Led Zeppelin III with Peter Grant credt and A6, B5 matrices. Satanic references in matrices. There are light sleeve removal type marks that I remember giving some light surface noise and light ticks only in some places. There is also a visible light, not at all feelable scratch that doesn’t sound.
Matrix: please note that there is an arrow symbol on the end of the first set but my keypad can’t duplicate that, so I’ve done my best! :)...you get the idea!
114 Do what thou wilt 2401002 A6 OP?
127 so mote it be 2401002 B-5 G4C
The sleeve has a working wheel. It has some discolouration as is common with this pressing and some light laminate creasing (Ive tried to capture in pics so please ‘zoom’ in). There is also biro on the original poly lined inner sleeve that says “Led Zeppelin III”
I’ve owned this for a number of years but haven’t listened to it in a long time. I’m a collector myself but my record player is currently in storage so am unable to play test at the moment but after many years collecting I think I am able to give a considered and reasonably accurate VISUAL guideline to condition.
Overall looks in used but nice condition. See above for notes. I remember that it played really well last time I listened to it - that was a long time ago but it’s been stored safely, securely and protected ever since.
I hope the above helps. I will happily post the record out securely in a hard card mailer by signed for post.
Hopefully I’ll be listing some more collectible records from my own collection in the next couple of days - some rock, folk, indie etc...with a bit of folk too! Happy to combine postage!
Thanks for looking and any questions please let me know! :)
