Vinyl is really clean with a nice sheen. It has some light hairlines and brushing lines. It has a lengthy surface line on side 1 which has little effect on playback but prevents better visual grade.  Played majority of this today on my budget deck, Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Generally sounds not too far off Excellent, certainly VG and better.  Music is clean, clear and loud. It has 2 random skips on "Black Dog" hence low grade.  "Stairway To Heaven" has only an occasional trace of background sound and a few soft ticks. Side 2 plays pretty much Excellent throughout.  Its a very decent playing copy. Gate fold cover is in average shape. It is firm and square and has moderate to heavy edge wear (1" split where opening edge joins bottom edge hence low grade) , corner wear and light creasing. The inside of the gate fold is clean with only light rubbing. Small area of what looks like heavy ringwear to rear.  Delicate inner sleeve has lengthy splits to all 3 sides, a name printed to one side and an area of shading on the other side. .  Really clean labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears other than that previously mentioned.  PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER LZ/PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE.
