Super rare Led Zeppelin UK 1st debut LP with turquoise lettering, superhype credits, uncorrected matrix numbers, the whole true package! Hoping someone else can enjoy this true gem of rock history!
Selling from my personal collection. This LP has been housed in a smoke free, humidity controlled home for many years and has been well cared for. It has always been stored in a poly inner sleeve.
This is the UK first plum Atlantic superhype credits version with original laminated turquoise sleeve. Matrix numbers are:
588171 A//1 1 1
And
588171 B//1 1 S 2
I took as many pictures as possible to show the whole LP and jacket in every way.
Condition:
LP: VG+
Play tested on my technics SLB1200, super crisp and clear sound, amazing to hear it this way. Light crackle in quiet spots but nothing that is loud or overwhelms the music at all. Vinyl is glossy and very clean save some superficial, very light sleeve scuffs. No feelable marks, only light marks that do not affect play.
Some light spindle wear and a few ‘spider legs’ around holes but super clean labels on both sides.
Jacket: VG
Some wear-see pics. Laminated sleeve is generally in nice shape but there are a few creases. No tears or rips or splits. Spine is visible, some laminate peeling near bottom of spine-see pics.
Original UK poly inner sleeve: VG
Light wear and some browning but no splits or tears. I don’t store the LP in this sleeve, but use a new poly sleeve for it.
I graded honestly and conservatively. Feel free to check my feedback to verify this.
LP will be packaged extremely securely and safely with LP outside of jacket and reinforced to prevent movement. Will add insurance to the shipping as well.
