From my personal collection.
LP's are all in excellent condition. None was played more than five times, as they were also handled very little. Each jacket was covered with a clear plastic LP cover in order to save from wear and finger prints. The covers themselves were taken from older LP's I had and therefore show a little use and wear.
The 20 page booklet was covered with plastic sheeting in order to keep it more pristine. (As an owner of the CD's and Guitar Tab book, this booklet was never read by myself). You will notice the plastic may fall off as you open it (as I didn't "overflap" the inside).
Both pieces of the main package were also carefully covered with plastic sheeting for protection. While I don't know the long term effects of covering these, it was done to protect the LP set in the present (I once planned to get a lot of airplay out of these. Which never happened).
Buyer will also notice that the back & lid are a little tight (probably due to the plastic overlap). I myself, stored the LP's (In their respective jackets) separate from the main box, therefore don't know how well they will fit. Upon packaging, I may not put the albums in the main box if it causes problems.
The sticker on the front upper right corner, is affixed to the Mothership cover itself (beneath the plastic sheeting). I did tear in one spot in the lower right.
Fairly new looking set as it was barely played. Passing this on, as I own the CD's and don't play LP's nearly as much as I want to. Possibly, a nice find for someone who wants a "newer" collection but doesn't want to pay the "New" price. .
Please note: The EBay generated information on these LP's indicates "8 Discs". It is actually 4 LPs with two sides totaling to eight. If anyone ever saw the "8 Disc" set, I'd be curious as I never have and don't believe it exists.
