Description
1969 first pressing on Atlantic Records (SD 8216). Original, unique purple and brown labels. Different mix on side one and unusually long pauses between tracks on side two. The cover has a 3" crease in upper right front cover. 3" ring wear at top of front and back cover. There is a 1" split in lower right corner and beginnings of a crack at center of bottom seam. Moderate shelf wear/rubbing to the cover, but is not very distracting. Disc has multiple lines on side one, most are on the surface and not deep. However, there are two scratches that run through "You Shook Me" and "Dazed And Confused". The scratches are 2" and 1 1/2" and 1/2" of one of them is feelable. There are clicks and pops during both songs (G+). Side two is in great condition, only a couple of hairlines that can be seen at a certain angle. Tiny spot/mark on "Communication Breakdown" that is completely inconsequential. Side two plays great and is in excellent or better condition. Spindle marks on labels. Includes original 1969 Atlantic Records company custom inner sleeve. See all 12 photos.
