'LIFE WITH THE LIONS - UNFINISHED MUSIC No. 2'

1969 UK 1st PRESSING LP

This fine 1969 first stereo pressing is on the UK dark green Apple label: ZAPPLE 01
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but carry 'Apple Records...' rims
There is no tax/price code is visible on either label.

Housed in a fully laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover.
With white 'Apple copyright text' inner-sleeve (small seam repairs).

Matrix numbers: ZAPPLE 01 A-1 & ZAPPLE 01 B-1
Stamper numbers: 1/O & 1/T

Labels: NEAR MINT

One faint spindle mark on the side 2 label.

Visual: EXCELLENT

This disc has probably only been played only once.
The surfaces appear 'as new' with just a few barely visible paper hairlines under a halogen desk lamp.
I would have graded 'Neat Mint' but unfortunately the disc is dished.
This is visible when playing side 2 but it does not affect sound or play on my turntable.

Audio: NEAR MINT

Despite the abovementioned visual fault, the sound quality is perfect and 'as new' throughout.


Cover: EXCELLENT

This example retains superb unscratched, high-gloss front and rear panels bearing no wrinkles, creases or 'thumbnails'.
The right corners have slight 'bumps' but the left corners and opening edges are in perfect condition.
There is a 4cm lower seam repair but otherwise spine and upper-seam are fully intact, strong and unsplit.
The pictures show some reflections, this is not ring-wear.
