All Records are cleaned and viewed under bright light, as well as cautious spot audio check.

Condition:  * *  This Leroy Hutson LP plays in Near Mint Condition, beautiful bright, shiny, clean, loud pressing, no finger-feel nor deeper scratches, no light or heavy scratches, no 'paper' marks.  * The cover is in-between Very Good and Excellent Condition,  small damp/wear-frey at the bottom opening corner, no ring-wear on the front or back, no split seams other than exceptionally small frey/split at the bottom opening corner where damp/wear is, nice spine with very small marks at the very top and bottom. the top and bottom edges nave slight marks, no handwriting, with Promo hype sticker. * The labels are in Near Mint Condition, no spindle marks. * Original plain inner paper sleeve, in-between Very Good to Excellent Condition, no split seams, very small damp/wear at the bottom corner.
Gradings Parameters: Fair / Good / Very Good / Excellent / Near Mint / Mint.
