Description
I acquired this album at a street sale and took it to the club Fat Tuesday's in Manhattan, where Mr. Paul played on Monday nights for many years, in July of 1990. Les Paul autographed it for me in person "To Dan - Howdy - Les Paul - 7/90."
This a 10" 33 1/3 RPM original Decca album copyright 1951 and released in 1952. It contains 6 tracks with Les Paul and His Trio, all recorded for Decca in the 1940's to the best of my knowledge. This is not a Les Paul & Mary Ford recording; there are no vocals.

Condition is G+. Noticeable surface noise and scratches but will play without skipping on my Stanton turntable. Inner label is quite clean, shiny, and intact with no writing. Sleeve has splits but no tape. Autograph is strong; date shows slight drop off of ink particularly on the "7" and slash line.Aside from the autograph on front cover in ballpoint pen ink, there is a light pencil inscription on back cover upper left "3.00 - Feb 18 / 53". No inner paper sleeve. A nice item for Les Paul fans and guitar lovers.
