Description

Original 1982 Geffen Records 1st U.S. pressing of Little Shop of Horrors (Original Cast Album), produced by Phil Ramone and mastered at Sterling Sound by Wally Traugott (“Wly” in runout). This is the definitive early pressing tied to the Off-Broadway WPA Theatre production that launched the Alan Menken–Howard Ashman partnership, later leading to The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast. Features Ellen Greene, Lee Wilkof, and Ron Taylor in their original stage roles.


Includes the full lyric inner sleeve with cast notes, production photos, and complete lyrics. Classic tracks include “Skid Row (Downtown),” “Somewhere That’s Green,” “Feed Me (Git It),” and “Suddenly, Seymour.”
