Description
Up for auction is a rare original mono pressing of the Lou Donaldson 'Gravy Train' LP on Blue Note Records BLP-4079. Other musicians include Herman Foster, Ben Tucker, Dave Bailey, and Alec Dorsey.
Record info:
Strong VG+, close to NM with some minor scuffs and surface noise. It plays great!
Cover info:
Excellent with solid seams and some minor corner wear. The back cover has a 'Review Copy' promo stamp on it. It comes with the original Blue Note Records inner sleeve (partially split seam).
Label / Pressing info:
Original NY USA label press with RVG stamp and Ear logo on both sides in the dead wax area.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
