For sale is Lou Reed's Transformer, originally released in 1972 on RCA Records and produced by David Bowie. This has the unedited version of Walk On The Wild Side. I bought this new and immediately put this album, like all my records, in a protective inner sleeve. The cover is graded VG+ because of a giant scratch across the back cover and stress cracks and color loss along the spine. The vinyl is Near Mint. It's been played only on Audiophile equipment over the years and still has a lot of life yet. This iconic record has become hard to find in any condition and I think my copy would make a great addition to anyone's collection. I have a lot more albums listed in my Ebay store. Please take a look! There are ALL near mint! I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
