Description

A 1st pressing of Transformer on the UK RCA label from 1972. Matrix 1E/2E. The vinyl comes housed in an original Clout & Baker printed. Also included is the original RCA inner sleeve. So, 100% original and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In superb condition and has clearly only seen light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of light marks either side - but nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is minimal - we only detected a touch of light static in the occasional isolated moment. A truly superb rendition of this all time classic.
Cover (Ex) In great condition and has clearly been looked after. Only some light handling wear is apparent. Edge wear is very light and the text on the spine is fully visible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg)  Some light ageing and a small side split.
