Description

Genuine and very 1st press on UK RCA. Matrix 1E/1E - very 1st cut. Note the labels mention 'Stereo' at 12 o'clock. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original cover. We have an original RCA inner too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In excellent condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slight marks per side nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback with one deviation. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. A really difficult to find playing clean...why? Well, the big hits [that are well known] are also the fussiest and most lowkey. Which tends to mean the tracks Perfect Day and Wild Side rarely play with a quiet background. But this example appears to have been taken great care off.  'Perfect Day' & 'Wild Side' - play clean and much better than you often tend to find. Even 'GoodNight' plays really clean. All I could detect is one solitary click early in 'Vicious'. As good as they come...Highly recommended.
Cover (Vg+) These original covers are super difficult to find this well preserved. Clean front with slight signs of handling. Sticker removal mark top left on the rear [someone's tried to blend it in]. Minor edge wear - but nothing excessive. The spine is 80% intact - with text fully legibly. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Light ageing. No splits..some creasing
