You are bidding on the rare 78rpm album set:
Louis Armstrong and his hot five- Vol. 2- Hot Jazz Classics, released by Columbia (set C-139) in 1947. Made in the U.S.
*Here you have a remarkable collection featuring eight of Louis Armstrong's finest & rarest sides, all recorded in 1927! His accompanying group is incredibly impressive, featuring Kid Ory, Johnny Dodds, Lil Armstrong, Johnny St. Cyr and the legendary bluesman Lonnie Johnson. The album art was done by Jim Flora, a man who is highly renowned for his unique cover art.*
*Each record is visually-graded, conservatively, under a very bright light.*

-grade: V+ (VG+) (showing a very rich luster and very light wear)
2) Louis Armstrong and his Hot Five- Once In A While / Struttin' With Some Barbecue (C 139-3/4) (37535) (82039/7).
-grade: V+ (VG+) (showing a very rich luster and very light wear)
3) Louis Armstrong and his Hot Five- Got No Blues / I'm Not Rough (C 139-5/6) (37536) (82038/40).
-grade: V+ (VG+) (showing a very rich luster and very light wear)
4) Louis Armstrong and his Hot Five- Put 'Em Down Blues / Savoy Blues (C 139-7/8) (37537) (81302/2056).
-grade: V (VG) (showing a very rich luster and a fair amount of very light wear)
The Cover (Album Book) is graded in VG+ condition, just showing some fairly minor edge wear. It is in really beautiful shape. The seams are fully intact, and the cover art has maintained its original, beautiful color.
