MADONNA 1983 Album LP ORIGINAL FIRST PRESS UK RELEASE Singles Promo Hype Sticker

Extremely rare first UK pressing of Madonna's self titled debut album LP record, manufactured in Germany for the UK and European market.  Issued in 1983 by WEA Records/Sire with catalogue number 92-3867-1, this is from the initial batch produced for the UK market, distinguished by the rectangular plastic red lettered hype sticker along the top of the sleeve.  This rare first edition of the sticker lists the singles that had been selected for release - the second batches sticker did not include this and was put on the bottom of the sleeve.  Comes complete with disc housed in original lyric inner sleeve that is distinguishable by having printed catalogue number and how it is plastic lined.

In very good condition with slight wear - the hype sticker has lifted slightly in mid section that is approximately 5cm but it is not really noticeable.  Been stored in plastic cover and will be posted protected between stiff card to avoid damage in the post.

The word 'therebelheart' only appears on photos and not on actual item!
