MAGGABRAIN! 45rpm 7" single on the College Park, Ga  NOW RECORDS label [cat. no. N-002] from '83 . . . "NEW WAVIN'" parts 1 & 2.

Nothing particularly 'new wave' about this, except the title. This is one DOPE boogie-electro-disco-funk monster!  PART 2 [heard in the latter half of the Youtube mix] sounds like it uses the same drum break as De La Soul's "Me, Myself & I" . . . could even be the source.

...PART 2, an almost-instrumental, is more sparse & asking to be sampled!

Looks & plays VG with minor background / surface noise. No popping, skips or sticks. A fair amount of sleeve-scuffing is visible.
