The film consists of a series of variety shows: jugglers, acrobats, ballet shot mostly at night, but not limited to, taking place in Tokyo, the United States, Latin America and finally to Rome.

A Mondo Movie (from the Italian word for 'world') is an exploitation documentaruy film resembling a pseudo-documemntary depicting sensational topics, scenes, and situations. Common traits of Mondo Movies include emphasis on taboo subjects such as death and sex, portrayals of foreign cultures that have received accusations of racism and staged sequences presented as genuine documentary footage. Over time, the films placed more and more emphasis on footage of the dead and dying, both real and fake. The term  “shockumentary” has also been used to describe the genre.

In "LE DOLCI NOTTI" the director Marinucci has taken the performances of Li Han and his brothers, the Clown Barrios, the Brazilian magazine "Café y Futiboll Bananas", the Ragon Orchestra and Youth Band of Huntington Park of California. The documentary narrated by Conrad is a good witness of a glorious history of the show.

Light paper cover, in EX condition, corners quite sharp, no bumps or wear, thin seams and spine in excellent condition, no ring wear on front/back, just a light crease close to bottom right corner.

Vinyl :   EX+  

The lustre vinyl looks played with care, with no visual signs on both sides.

Catalogue/Label :

45 CAM CA 2455 original first and only italian pressing.

GRADING CODE

Grading is VISUAL, under a bright light. 

        NM  (Near Mint): Record has been opened, and probably played, but is in impeccable condition. I do not use "mint".

EX   (Excellent): Has signs of use or storage, but still considered top collection quality. Jackets may display some very light wear; vinyl may have a few light sleeve marks only visible in the highest light. Sound will full and clear, with little if any noise (NOTE, some records are just pressed poorly).

VG+ (Very Good Plus): Still a great copy but has a bit more wear. Vinyl may have some light scuffs or scratches, but nothing deep. Jacket may have some ringwear or seamwear. Sound should be great, with minimal if any noise.

VG  Very Good): A great play copy but clearly used. Vinyl will display many hairline scuffs or scratches, but will play with a tolerable amount of noise. Jacket may have splits and wear but will not be falling apart.

VG-(Very Good Minus): A used or worn copy, that has not been taken good care of. Vinyl will have many scuffs or scratches, but play through enjoyably despite audible background noise. Covers will have tears, splits, writing, or other issues. 

 G  Fair, Poor: A very rough copy. Will play through without skipping unless otherwise noted, although records of this grade are sold AS-IS.
