MEGA RARE original New Zealand 45 release from 1977 which features the male vocal version of "House For Sale" (same tune that Millie Jackson also recorded). Still seems to be unknown to a lot of people. A fantastic punchy version. Have a listen below! This track was only released in New Zealand as a 7". Very seldom turns up for sale. In stunning condition!
