Description
An original mono copy of Marvin Gaye’s phenomenal second (and his first R&B) LP, 1963’s That Stubborn Kinda Fellow (Tamla 239).
The cover of this copy is very good plus due to some ring and edge wear, plus a touch of minor splitting along the bottom and some writing on the back. The LP itself is excellent. Considering how Berry Gordy insisted on concentrating on singles at this juncture (not to mention the fact that Marvin was just beginning to prove his mettle as a charting artist), original copies of this landmark album (quickly deleted as soon as its hits were compiled on the following year’s Marvin Gaye’s Greatest Hits) are mighty rare - especially in this condition. Don’t sleep - we expect this one to go quickly! Thanks for looking and good luck!
