This auction is for an original and fairly rare 1961 45 rpm picture sleeve (NO record is included) that was issued with the Mary Wells Top 40 (#33) release of "I Don't Want To Take A Chance" b/w "I'm So Sorry" on Motown Records #1011. This was her first Top 40 release and her first on the Motown label with a picture sleeve. You'd be hard pressed to find the sleeve in better condition than this one. Looks like a record was never in it; no seam splits, surface wear or handling wear. Please view photos for overall condition. Remember, auction is for sleeve ONLY. Sleeve gets a NM rating.
