PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
INSANELY RARE compilation of unsigned R&B, funk and soul artists from the Atlanta metro area released as a collaboration between McDonalds Corporation and local radio station V-103 FM (WVEE) in 1983 featuring a who's who of the then-local scene!!! I've owned this LP for around 25 years and used the track Freaky Jeans for many a DJing gig. EVERY time I played it someone approached me to find out who it's by and where to find it. KILLER 1980s electro funk. Easily four of five other tracks on this comp that I've used DJing as well. Check Discogs to hear just about every song on here (last time I looked). You will not be disappointed. LP is a beautiful near mint minus. Cover has one light crease in the top right hand corner and is still in the original shrink wrap(!). Impossibly hard to find in this condition. If you need proof check Popsike. The last copy to surface was beat to death and sold for $100.00 so don't sleep. You will not be disappointed. This LP will never see a reissue and this is the ONLY way to find these songs.
