Description

This is the EXTREMELY RARE SEALED first pressing of "Stag" by The Melvins. It is on the Atlantic/Mammoth label, and is NOT a re-issue! The number is 82878-1. This came from an unopened factory box of 20 that were never distributed, and when Mammoth closed down their Carrboro North Carolina office, everything they had in storage had to be sold. That was when I bought this. It is PERFECT in every way! there are no "kinks" or bends on the jacket, no "cut-out" marks, and the shrink wrap is not cloudy or brittle. It also has the original "hype" sticker (see photo) affixed! If you are a true Melvins fan, or enjoy any of the offshoot bands that spawned from them, this is the album that started it all! This is by far the BEST copy of this record that you can get, so don't let this one get away!
