Up for auction here is Beethoven's Violin Concerto in D performed by the London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Antal Dorati on the Mercury label, catalog #SR 90358. The LP (with RFR-1, RFR-4 stampers and white promo labels) is NM-/VG+ with some light surface marks and the sticker on the label. I played a few random spots on the LP and it sounded very good. If I had more money, I'd keep this LP. It is beautiful. The cover is marred by an inventory sticker at top left and a piece of red tape (or sticker) on the spine near the bottom.....as some sort of organizing labeling system from the original owner....not to repair any damage...it may peel off cleanly, but I don't find it bothersome. There is also writing on back in ballpoint pen. Otherwise, the cover has good seams and has very little wear. Please view my other auctions for more great classical LPs.
Shipping is $4 in the US (or $8 for Priority Mail), $14 to Canada and $24 to the rest of the world. Additional LPs are $1 each in the US, $3 to Canada and $6 each to the rest of the world. I pack records outside of the covers to protect the seams from splitting. They are shipped in dedicated record mailers with padded inserts. I spend a lot of time and money on shipping with care so your record looks as good when it arrives as it did when it left.
