Description
- Live concert bootleg of Metallica's performance at The Felt Forum in New York City on December 1st, 1986.
- Noteworthy because this was just Jason Newsted's 11th show with the band.
- Cliff Burton is pictured on the back cover, but it is Jason Newsted on bass at this show.
- Cliff had died on September 27th, 1986 in Sweden. Just over two months prior to this show!
The back cover indicates that this was limited to 500 copies. Unfortunately none of them were numbered, and I don't know if they ever went into additional productions of this record but kept the same back cover text.
The two vinyl records (sides 1-4) are in Excellent condition. These records were rarely played.
The jacket shows signs of aging and wear with some scuffing of the color in various places. I'd say it's probably in VG condition. It also shows the imprint of the vinyl at the top of the front cover (seen in photos). This is partly because this is not a gatefold jacket, so both records are stored in the single sleeve.
The spine shows signs of wear, but is in VG shape. You can still read "Assassin" and the "JP 102-2" catalog number (also shown in photos).
You are bidding on the item in the pictures.
One of the two white inner sleeves has a rip/tear in it near the circular cutout (shown in pics). Both sleeves are showing signs of color fading with age.
