There is a cutout portion at the front bottom right/back left edge...  INNER SLEEVE: I believe it's original... Light scratching/smudging... 2 heavy crease lines at the top front left/back right corner... A small cutout at the front lower right/back left edge... THE ALBUM: Light possible smudging/scratching... ZERO skips & PERFECT PLAY are what you'll hear :)
