The record has just extremely minimal light/faint surface marks/paper scuffs(all barely noticeable hairline/superficial marks!). Both labels are clean and have minimal spindle marks.  The record grades excellent condition.

The laminate sleeve has no edge wear. Extremely minimal corner wear. The very faintest of ring wear/rubbing marks(barely noticeable). There is one small light crease near the right opening edge. The laminate is lifting away near the spine(see picture). No splits. No tears. It grades excellent condition.
