You are bidding on MILES DAVIS VOLUME 2 ON BLUE NOTE 1502 with HORACE SILVER, JJ JOHNSON, PERCY HEATH, ART BLAKEY.

 

This is the original first pressing on   Blue Note 1502 deep groove rvg ear .

 

Side 1 has the 161 Lexington address while Side 2 has the 47 west 63rd address .

 

 

Cover has tape on spine, extensive wear on top and bottom, 4 inch bottom right and top seam split and ring wear.

 

 

Visually vinyl is a  glossy VG with light  scuff marks and  light hairline scratches..

 

Play graded with a Lyra  Titan  cartridge, sound is very good with some minor ticks and pops hear and there , being a little more audible during the quieter passages. It does not detract from enjoying this great recording and rare LP.
