Description

This is an ORIGINAL 1959 COLUMBIA RECORDS U.S. 6-EYE STEREO EARLY PRESSING of the all-time classic LP titled 'Kind Of Blue' from Miles Davis with stellar accompaniment.  It is Columbia Records U.S. catalog number CS 8163, '6' at lower right corner of back cover. packaged inside the cover in its original clear poly inner liner.
Recorded 02/03/1959 and 22/04/1959.
6-eye Columbia deep groove labels, "Stereo Fidelity." Title in one line on label. Title tracks centered not justified.

Julian Adderley's last name is misspelled as "Adderly" on front and back cover ("Julian 'Cannonball' Adderly" on front cover; "Julian Adderly" on back cover). Wynton Kelly appears as "Wyn Kelly" on back cover.

The number 6 is printed on the bottom right corner of the back cover.

Condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks.  Condition of cover is G+/VG with the main flaw leading to this grading bein some damage along the edges of the cover  caused by the pesty hungry silverfish we have here in Florida.  Back cover has some age discoloration and some small brown mildew spots, cover also has some general ring and contact wear and some general wear along the edges and on the corners.  Cover has no splits, tears, writing, or stickers.  Clear poly inner liner has some wrinkles and a little wear along its open edge, no other real flaws.
