Payment
Payment must clear first and be paid in Euros. For international transactions paypal is accepted, German buyers can use money transfer as payment method.
Shipping
Shipping costs are at the buyer's responsibility. International rates do not cover insurance against loss and damage. If you want to get insured delivery please ask for additional rates. International buyers need to be aware of responsibility for customs fees in their country. Postage discounts are available on multiple purchases. All LP's are sent by registered mail.
Grading of used records
Cover and record are graded separately. All used records have been playgraded ( which is the most accurate grading ). I use mint (M), near mint (NM), excellent (EX) and very good (VG). I have not attached a descrption of my grades because grading is always a highly subjective matter. If my grading do not meet your expectation you can return the records ( see Return Policy ).
Return Policy
Factory sealed copies are not returnable. Used copies can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less postage. Shipping costs for returning the record are payable by the buyer - airmail must be used when returning items from destinations other than Germany. Refunds will be issued for returned records that are received safely and verified as having no damage or any other deterioation in quality.
My LP's are machine-cleaned using the Hannl Mera model and all packed into new sleeves ( unless factory sealed ). Original sleeves are attached if available.
