This is the Rare, Out Of Print, Limited Edition 23 vinyl record box set "The Complete Commodore Jazz Recordings: Volume 1" on Mosaic (MR23-123). This set contains previously unissued recordings unavailable elsewhere from the Commodore Jazz label, and includes players such as Benny Goodman, Coleman Hawkins, Eddie Condon, Billie Holiday, Chu Berry, Jelly Roll Morton, Wild Bill Davison, Pee Wee Russell, Stuff Smith, Willie "The Lion" Smith, and more. Beautiful slipcase containing two boxes. Condition: Vinyl -- the vast majority of discs appear to be unplayed and free of any marks; only one disc has a non-audible sleeve mark on one side (side A of record two); Slipcase -- AS NEW save for a tiny contact tear on back side at top left corner; Boxes -- AS NEW. Includes Mosaic Records proof of purchase coupon. No booklet.
