This is a re-release of the original Leathur Records version with alternate mix and track listing.

There's a gold "Limited Edition" stamp on the back of the LP sleeve and another one on the back of the 7" sleeve. 
Includes: Original 12" vinyl record, original inner lyric/photo insert, original inner plain paper sleeve, clear inner sleeve for the record (that I added for additional protection), original bonus 7" single, a clear outer sleeve that I added (to protect the outer LP cardboard sleeve), and also a clear outer sleeve for the 7" single
I'm a collector but not a professional LP seller so I'll do my best to explain the condition below. I also provided the maximum number of photos allowed to show you as many views as possible. 
Vinyl LP & 7": I purchased this for my personal collection in 2005, but since it's a collectable and not my primary way of listening to this album it's only been played a couple of times. When I play tested both sides using studio headphones, I had no issues with skipping, etc and it sounded great. There was occasionally some light surface noise between songs. When I hold it up to the light I see some light blemishes/markings that don't affect playback. From what I've learned this was possibly a result of being originally housed in a white paper sleeve (which is why I moved it to a clear sleeve as a precaution). While playing the LP the cartridge moved up and down slightly, but it didn't affect playback. 
The 7" and outer/inner sleeves look pretty much the same as it did when I first got it and they're in great shape with only incidental signs of use/wear. I play tested both sides and all was well. 
Outer LP sleeve: The integrity of the outer sleeve is strong and it's overall in great condition with some light incidental shelf wear and no seam splits (see provided photos). There's a 1-2" wrinkle/crease at the top - over the U & E in "Crue" - that has been there since I first purchased it.

Inner sleeve/inserts: The inner insert is in great condition with only minimal signs of incidental wear/use. The original generic paper sleeve is also in good condition. I added the clear record sleeve since it helps keep dust, etc to a minimum.
