Here for auction is a barely played copy of the self-titled first studio album by MOTT THE HOOPLE, Catalogue Number ILPS-9108. This is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK STEREO 1st ISSUE on the PINK ISLAND RECORD LABEL, with the 1st issue un-laminated gatefold sleeve. This copy has “Backsliding Fearlessly” in the correct order at the end of Side One. This is quite a rare album as it was only pressed in relatively small numbers.

 

The un-laminated gatefold sleeve is in VERY GOOD+condition ,SLIGHT CORNER WEAR & RING WEAR

 

The top quality Island record is very solidly pressed and sits flat and true on the turntable.
