Well, this is a BLUES LOVER's, and a MUDDY WATERS COLLECTOR's, DREAM COME TRUE! First of all, this album was available for only a few years in this form. The record was quickly repackaged as "Blues From Big Bill's Copacabana" and issued as Chess Records LP-1533 in 1968! This is a RARE ONE! Recorded on July 26, 1963 at Big Bill's in Chicago this album captures a LIVE recording session of the major CHESS ARTISTS all being backed up by BUDDY GUY'S BAND! It's an INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY to hear the BLUES MASTERS in front of an audience of their local fans in the intimate setting of a small Blues Club! Plus, they are performing at the top of their game trying to outdo one another! This here is some serious Blues, Jack! This record is in FANTASTIC TRUE NEAR MINT condition! The beginnings of ring wear will be evident on the cover and some surface scuffs will appear on the vinyl, BUT record will play with no background noise. VG++: use is evident but not bad. Cover has ring wear and vinyl has noticeable surface wear. Should play with NO surface noise during the music. VG+: average used record, looks OK, plays OK. No surface noise is noticeable during the music. Some surface noise is possible during quiet passages. VG: Cover shows more than normal wear and vinyl shows more than normal wear.
