Description

Mahler - Symphony No 9.

Sir John Barbirolli conducts the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra.

EMI ASD 596 and 597 Semi-circle (1st) label. Made in England.

Matrix nos. 2 YRA 13-1 O 1 / 2 YRA 14-3 O 1 / 2 YRA 15-3 A 1.

 

The record has been PLAY graded as Ex++ / Ex+ / NM-. There is very slight non-sounding sleeve marking in a small area of side 1. There is a very small almost invisible non-sounding needle mark between two bands on side 2. Side 3 is unmarked. (All marks are only visible under strong light) There is a short white scratch on the side 1 label (label only). The records have only been played 2 - 3 times and the sound is superb with no TICs or POPs and only very faint background on the very quiet sections of side 1.

The laminated flip-over seam Ernest J. Day & Co jackets are both graded as Ex+. There is some very light shelf rubbing only. The seams and corners are intact.

The record will be posted in a strong record mailer with additional protection.
