You are looking at a very rare MANIC STREET PREACHERS "Lipstick Traces - A Secret History" (2003 UK) 35-track 3-LP vinyl set pressed on a limited edition pressing of 1000 copies only.
Housed in a superb tri-fold textured 'Leopard Skin' picture sleeve - a fabulous soft feel cover.
I am not a Vinyl expert but it is really good condition and I don't recall ever playing it. It has just sat on a shelf since I bought it new when it first came out. Very difficult to find and hardly ever appears on EBay.
