This Auction is for the Rare Limited Edition Manic Street Preachers triple album LIPSTICK TRACES. Strictly limited to 1000 copies. (SONY  MUSIC UK 512386/5123861000) . Released in 2003!

 

If you are reading this you are probably a manics fan and so should know what this album is all about. Basically it is the pick of the best B sides (original & covers) that the manics have recorded up until 2003. Also includes unreleased track Judge Yr'self. My highlights - Donkeys, Bored out of my mind, Comfort Comes, It's so easy, Didn't my Lord deliver Daniel and Been a Son. (Sadly no Patrick Bateman; RP McMurphy or Dead Yankee Drawl but nevermind)!

The only reason I am selling is this -  as I collect manic records, I immediately put my name on the list to pre-order this album, but in an excited haze, I ended up buying two. So these records have sat side my side for 8 years in my cupboard and neither have ever been played so I thought I should sell.

This album is soooo beautiful, leopard skin with a furry feel to it. The cover is immaculate, no rips, tears, stains although it has been handled. The records have never been played and never out of their sleeve until today, I just checked them over but they are as good as the day they were born. The inner sleeves have also been handled but are in excellent condition.

These records come from a smoke free, pet free house so no nasty niffs. If you are a manics fan - you need this!! If you know a manics fan - they will treasure this forever!
