MARIANNE FAITHFULL - 'YESTERDAY'


This is a genuine UK Decca 1-sided 7" acetate for Marianne's rendition of The Beatles' song released by her as a single in 1965.

The disc bears the 'Decca Group Advance Test Recording' label with typewritten artist & title and is dated '12/10/65'.

The acetate plays the released version of the song.


CONDITION

  Disc: EXCELLENT

Acetates from this period are hard to find in this condition, but this example has been looked-after and little played. The playing surface is clean and without any cracked or missing lacquer. It is also free from any significant surface marks or any scratches. The sound is of excellent quality and free from any clicks pops, skips or any other noticeable distractions.
